As a sex and relationship therapist, I support individuals and partners navigating challenges around intimacy, connection, and identity. Whether you're feeling distant from others, misunderstood in your experiences, or unsure how to express your needs, you're not alone.
Through a collaborative approach, I offer practical tools, compassionate insight, and a space to deepen your sexual and relational self-awareness. Together, we work toward building more connected, authentic, and fulfilling relationships—with others and with yourself.

Individual, 50-minute sessions help us focus on goals specific to you, from skill-building to unpacking trauma.

Relationship, 50-minute sessions are for you and your partner(s) to improve communication, sexual, or other concerns in a safe, experiential environment.

Therapy groups are an effective way to increase support, make social connections, and learn about yourself in a relational environment. Topics vary by group and term. You can learn more about upcoming groups here.

Whether you're simply looking for a brief evaluation and letter for gender-affirming care, or you'd like longer term therapy, I'm happy to provide both. Care-letter evaluations are currently offered on a sliding-scale.
