Schedule a free consultation. Reach out by phone or email to book a 20-minute call. We'll talk about what you're looking for and determine whether we're a good fit for one another.
Start your first session. If we decide to move forward, we'll schedule your first full session and begin identifying what you want to work on and how you want to get there.
Do the work — at your pace. Every client is different. We'll collaborate on goals, adjust as needed, and build on successes as we go.

While my approach varies depending on the client and their goals for treatment, I lean towards particular approaches that align with my values and view of mental health. Some of my approaches include Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, developmental theory, somatic therapy, and mindfulness.

I offer services between Sunday and Thursday via telehealth and in-person. I provide in-person sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

I see clients Sunday through Thursday from late morning to evening. I typically schedule sessions between 10am and 6pm.

I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation to see if we're a good fit. Regular sessions are 50 minutes and $215.

My clients are often LGBTQIA+ adults who grew up in conservative families and faith communities and are seeking to improve their sexual, relational, and spiritual lives. Many clients are neurodivergent, autistic, and/or navigating non-monogamy. That said, clients of all identities and backgrounds are welcome.
