“Holy Hurt” Book Discussion (Virtual)

Holy Hurt: A Book Discussion on Spiritual Trauma and Healing

Friendly Note: This group is a space for conversation, reflection, and connection—but it’s not therapy. While significant emotions or recollections may come up, it isn’t a substitute for counseling or mental health treatment. If you feel you’d benefit from therapy, I’m happy to touch base about services or referrals.

Join us for a one-time, reflective discussion of Holy Hurt: Understanding Spiritual Trauma and the Process of Healing by Hillary McBride. Together, we’ll hold space for conversation, reflection, and connection in an affirming and inclusive space.

You are welcome to attend whether you’ve finished the book, are halfway through, or just curious about the themes. This gathering is open to anyone navigating spiritual trauma, deconstruction, or reimagining spirituality on their own terms.
